1. Voluntary Contributions

All financial contributions made through our website are entirely voluntary and are intended to support the ongoing development and operation of our games, software, and creative initiatives.

2. Non-Refundable Contributions

All contributions are final and non-refundable. By making a contribution, you acknowledge that you are providing voluntary financial support and do not expect a refund, ownership interest, equity, financial return, or any guaranteed product, service, or reward in exchange.

3. Contributor Recognition

For significant contributions, we may, at our sole discretion, recognize contributors by including their name or chosen public display name in the credits of one or more of our games or projects.

Please note that:

• Recognition is entirely optional and not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to determine whether a contribution qualifies for recognition.
• We may decline or remove names that are offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable.
• Any recognition may appear only in future releases and is subject to our development schedules and editorial decisions.

4. No Purchase or Investment

A contribution is not a purchase, pre-order, subscription, investment, crowdfunding equity contribution, or any form of ownership in our company or projects. Contributors do not receive voting rights, revenue sharing, intellectual property rights, or any other legal or financial interest unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Use of Contributions

Contributions may be used at our discretion to support game development, software and hardware purchases, art, music, marketing, operational expenses, research, infrastructure, and other activities that further the mission and growth of Vistral Tech LLP.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Contribution Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the revised effective date. Continued contributions after any update constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
